Customers receive the order confirmation on their e-mail address at order submission step during checkout.

Orders received before 13:00 CET will be shipped out no later than three business days after order submission if all ordered items are on stock. If ordered items are not available and we as the seller cannot fullfil our obligation, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

Customers have the option to choose between different available delivery options on the checkout step. Cost of delivery is calculated and charged at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and chosen delivery service provider in accordance with their price list.

Ordered items will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer upon registration or order checkout.

In the event we as the seller ship all ordered items on time, we are not responsible for deviations in delivery time on behalf of the delivery service providers.

If the delivery service cannot locate the customer at the specified delivery address a notice will be left from the delivery service provider. Depending on the customer's choice of delivery service provider, they will either re-attempt to deliver the items to the customer at a later time or the customer will be notified from the delivery service provider to pick up the goods at the delivery service pickup location. There is also the possibility that the delivery service provider will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery time.

Customer receives the shipment tracking number via email after the package has been shipped.

Due to special circumstances regarding COVID-19, the delivery time might be longer than usual.

Can I return the received goods?

Referring to 43. paragraph of Consumer protection act – customer can, in 14 days after receiving his order, resign off his contract. Customer does so in writing to address specified below or by sending an e-mail to info@sportstation.si. Customer is not obliged to specify reasons of resigning from his order/contract but is obliged to return all goods undamaged and in original packaging with original tags and in original quantity.
Customer is obliged to return goods in fourteen (14) days after sending his written resign form. Customer must also return the original invoice and filled in form for returning goods that came with his order. All costs that occur with returning goods are to be paid by the customer.

Item(s) received Damaged/faulty

If the package is visibly physically damaged, is missing content or shows signs of being opened prior to receiving, the customer proceeds warranty claim at the delivery service provider and sends mail to info@sportstation.si. Cooperating with the delivery company, we will ensure warranty claim to be resolved ASAP.

Complaint claim

In case of any damage which didn’t occur during shipping transportation, the customer must inform us and fill in warranty claim in eight (8) days after receiving the shipment. Warranty resolving will occur in terms with valid acts and law.

Warranty

Customer can claim warranty, with filled-in warranty form and original invoice, directly at manufacturer or reseller. According to the law, the manufacturer is obliged to make warranty repairs in forty-five (45) days after receiving defected items, if repairs are not possible he must replace items with a flawless item of equivalent value. Items are returned in accordance with terms and conditions, the manufacturer has stated in warranty terms. Customer does not have any costs with returning goods under the warranty claim.
